Professional Experience: Shannon Barbre is the Operations Coordinator at Kinetic West. She graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in English. She has 15 years of administrative, event planning, and operations experience. Prior to joining Kinetic West, she was the Admission Assistant at University Prep.

Why I do this work: I do this work to continue to push towards the "good" in any way that I can. Centering equity and social justice creates stronger and healthier communities for everyone.

Where you’ll find me when I’m not working: When I am not working you will find me spending time with family and friends, playing trivia and traveling home to Seattle. I enjoy watching all the Oscar-nominated movies each year, thrift shopping, and working on my house.
