Our mission is to build a world in which every person lives a life of dignity and meaning. This means focusing our time, energy, and resources on challenges that disproportionately impact people of color and low-income communities. Our passion for our work and our shared sense of responsibility to our community drives everything we do. 

We acknowledge and seek to dismantle the institutionalized and systemic racism that have and continue to block communities of color from accessing and benefitting from pathways to prosperity. This means we focus on self-reflection and concrete action, continually improving our hiring practices, professional development, resource allocation, client work, and partnerships with BIPOC-led businesses and organizations in our community.
