Professional Experience: Cat is a Consulting Manager at Kinetic West with expertise in project management, strategy development, and cross-sector collaboration. Prior to joining Kinetic West, they were a consultant on assignment at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation working on operational processes and strategy development for the Nutrition team in their efforts to increase access and reach of fortified foods. Their project experience also includes working with the University of Washington to support the development of a centralized well-being website, supporting several nonprofits across Washington in their strategic planning and partnership engagement, and working internationally on youth empowerment programming.

Why I do this work: I am committed to creating solutions through equitable and intentional processes that center those with lived experience. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I feel my identity helps me bring compassion to both my professional and personal life.

Where you’ll find me when I’m not consulting: I am an avid skier and can be found in the mountains across the Pacific Northwest during the winter months. I am also committed to finding Seattle’s best chai and enjoying it while sitting comfortably on my couch.
