Business development and marketing lead
Kinetic West is seeking an innovative and experienced Business Development Marketing Coordinator to support our team in identifying and responding to requests for proposal (RFPs), as well as market our brand of equity-forward social impact consulting.
Workforce / Postsecondary Education Product Lead
Kinetic West is seeking an experienced partner to help transform the existing expertise of our team and past project work into turnkey, modular products that can be customized -- projects that can be offered efficiently and impactfully to clients. Ultimately, we hope this work will enable Kinetic West to open new markets, reduce our price point, and scale our impact.

Our recruiting process is designed to give candidates a clear picture of the types of projects we work on at Kinetic West and to introduce you to our consulting team.
We aim to create an experience that gives candidates a clear picture of our firm, our team, and the consulting work we do with clients and allows candidates to showcase their unique skills and talents.
The following represents our typical recruiting process:

Informational Interview (phone call)
Analytical assessment (remote assignment)
First-round interview (in-person or video conference)

Our interview process uses case studies that replicate what it’s like to work on the Kinetic West team as we solve a problem together. We focus on understanding your process for problem-solving and how you would address a complex problem. We are committed to ensuring the recruiting process is equitable to all regardless of your background, if you are unfamiliar with consulting case interviews and feel you aren’t sure where to start, please let us know and we would be able to share some useful resources with you.
For candidates who advance to the first round interview stage, Kinetic West will make a donation to the charity of their choice, in appreciation of the time they are giving to the interview process.
